Who we are
POWERR is operated by Power App LLC. This policy covers powerr.app and the current POWERR test builds. POWERR is in development; available features differ by build. We will update this policy before introducing materially different data handling.

This website
This website has no advertising pixels, newsletter form, or app sign-in. Cloudflare hosts and protects it and processes technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, URLs, and browser information to deliver pages and prevent abuse. We do not add advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your private entries
In the current app preview, your name, personal reason, journal, check-ins, and preferences are stored locally in your browser. They are not automatically uploaded to POWERR or included in AI coaching requests. Clearing browser data can remove these entries. This preview does not provide cloud sync or an account-based backup.
The native test build stores content-blocking preferences and selected app tokens on your device. Apple controls Screen Time authorization. The blocker does not send us a browsing history.
AI coaching
When you send a Coach message, its text and limited recent conversation context are sent through our server to OpenAI to generate a reply. Recent check-ins are included only if you enable sharing in Coach privacy. Your journal, name, personal reason, and camera feed are not included automatically. Information you choose to type into a message will be sent.
Chat is kept in browser memory in the current preview and clears when the page reloads. Our local server does not log message bodies or responses. We request that OpenAI not store Responses application state; this does not eliminate all provider retention, including abuse monitoring. See OpenAI’s API data controls.
Turning off check-in sharing stops future sharing. It cannot recall information already sent. Avoid including information you do not want processed by an AI provider.
Camera and reminders
The Panic camera is a live, front-facing preview. POWERR does not record, save, or upload that feed and does not request microphone audio for it. Camera access is optional and can be revoked in device or browser settings. Optional iPhone reminders use local notifications; they do not contain journal text or your personal reason.
Purchases
Apple handles App Store payments. RevenueCat helps validate purchases and membership status. It processes an app-user identifier, purchase and subscription information, and technical app/device information needed to provide its service. POWERR currently uses an anonymous app-user identifier and does not attach your journal, name, or Coach messages to RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Support and media
If you email us, your email address, message, and attachments are processed by our email providers and received by us so we can respond. Cloudflare routes mail for contact@powerr.app to our support inbox. In-app feedback, where enabled, is delivered through Resend. Do not include passwords, payment details, or private journal entries in a support request.
When you choose to load a podcast or video, its publisher or video provider receives the network information needed to deliver it, such as your IP address. External sites and media providers apply their own privacy policies.
Retention and your choices
Local app data remains until you delete it or clear the relevant device/browser storage. You can remove entries and use “Clear saved data” in the preview’s Settings. We cannot recover local entries after deletion. Deleting local data does not cancel an Apple subscription or erase records already held by service providers.
We retain support correspondence only as needed to address your request, follow up, and meet legal obligations. Purchase records may need to be kept for billing, fraud prevention, or legal requirements. Our test server’s usage safeguards store request timing and accounting metadata, not Coach conversations.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information we hold by emailing us. Depending on where you live, other rights may apply, including objection, restriction, or a complaint to a privacy authority. We may need information to verify a request. We cannot delete data that must be retained by law or records controlled independently by Apple or another provider.
Service providers and security
We use information to provide the features you request, maintain security, process purchases, and respond to support. We do not sell personal information or use private entries for targeted advertising. Providers may process data in countries outside your own. No storage or transmission method is completely secure; protect access to your device.
We may disclose information when legally required or to address fraud, security incidents, or threats to safety. Material changes to this policy will be reflected here and, where required, communicated in the app.
