Report a problem
Tell us what happened, what you expected, and your iPhone model and iOS version. A screenshot can help—remove private information first. Never send passwords, payment-card details, or journal entries.
Purchases and refunds
Once App Store purchases are available, use Restore purchases in the app to recover eligible access. Manage an annual subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple handles refund requests.
